OnePlus has released a statement confirming that the company's next flagship — the OnePlus 15 — will get a global release. The phone had so far only been teased for China. The company also revealed more details about the color and finish we have been seeing in the images. Called Sand Storm, the new color uses an industry-first micro-arc oxidation treatment for the aluminum frame that uses a high-voltage plasma process to forge a ceramic coating directly on the metal. The company claims this gives the surface 3.4x hardness compared to raw aluminum and 1.3x the toughness of titanium....
